Perhaps you're experiencing some lag? Or are you certain that the whole thing slows down?
a) The weapon balancing needs a lot of work, I agree. I suggest you get a SMG and spray at the head ;D
b) The skills/perks for weapons reduce recoil and reload time
c) You can set the weapon camera to return to the last camera angle used, which means if you go to first-person mode and leave, then go back to aim it'll come straight back to first-person

Can't websites and people be right and wrong? Can't there be shades of grey? Perhaps this is why we have black and white moral choices in video games, cause that's how us gamers make choices in real life?

It really does suck for us Australians, my friend only has a 360 so he'll be getting the more expensive, censored version
Correct me if I'm wrong on any of these things, but there seems to be a number of mistakes:
a) He says it took Half Life 2 six years to develop, this either means all of the Orange Box or Half Life 2, not Portal by itself.
b) If it did take 6 years to make Portal, it won't take another 6 years to make a sequel (which is what he's saying). This is because they have a working engine built, they just need ideas, story and maybe a few other gameplay elements to throw in,...
That's what I'm calling too. He also said that he can't use the Playstation at all? Can they even do that? I can imagine being IP and PSN ID blocked, but they can't stop you from logging into your account like he describes can they? :/
If I import the American PS3 version of GTA IV, I'll be able to play on Australian servers? :D
What about updates, patches and downloadable content that may follow?
